Claubentz Dieujuste is a visionary educator, leadership coach, and consultant with over two decades of experience in transforming schools and organizations. As a New York City Principal, he has reimagined the high school experience through innovative academy models that connect students to industry pathways and future-ready skills.
Through Meaningful Work Consulting, Claubentz coaches leaders to build instructional capacity, strengthen strategic planning, and lead with equity and purpose. He is also the founder of the Lamothe Legacy Foundation, advancing youth empowerment and educational opportunities in Haiti, Ghana, and the United States. His work has been featured in K12 Digest, Reuters, and the #TechItUp Podcast.
