Claubentz Dieujuste is a visionary educator, leadership coach, and consultant with over two decades of experience in transforming schools and organizations. As a New York City Principal, he has reimagined the work of leadership by navigating challenges with adaptability, leading with courage, and centering impact for students and communities.

Through Meaningful Work Consulting, Claubentz coaches leaders to build instructional capacity, strengthen strategic planning, and lead with equity and purpose. He is also the founder of the Lamothe Legacy Foundation, which is dedicated to providing disadvantaged youth in Haiti, Africa, and the United States with access to quality education. His leadership and insights have been highlighted in K12 Digest and on the #TechItUp Podcast.
