What This Is
The I Am Her Awards are a recognition moment — a sisterhood spotlight honoring women who embody Fierce, Fearless, & Focused leadership through impact, resilience, and purpose-driven influence.
How It Works
- Review the seven categories below and select the best fit.
- Complete the nomination form (self-nominations are welcome).
- Our review committee evaluates submissions based on alignment and impact.
- Winners are announced live at the Boots & Bling Awards Celebration that night.
Seven Award Categories
Select one primary category for each nomination. Please read each description carefully to ensure the nominee aligns with the spirit of the award.
1) The Fierce Leader Award
Honors a woman who leads boldly, unapologetically, and with unwavering confidence—creating meaningful change in her organization or community.
2) The Fearless Trailblazer Award
Recognizes a woman who has broken barriers, challenged norms, and forged new paths despite adversity.
3) The Focused Visionary Award
Celebrates a woman with clear vision and intentional action—disciplined, purpose-driven, and committed to long-term impact.
4) The Rising Woman Award
Acknowledges an emerging leader making powerful strides early in her journey and showing exceptional promise.
5) The Community Impact Award
Honors a woman whose service, advocacy, or outreach has significantly improved the lives of others.
6) The Purpose-Driven Entrepreneur Award
Recognizes a business owner or founder who builds with heart, strategy, and mission—aligning profit with purpose.
7) The Legacy Builder Award
Celebrates a woman whose sustained leadership, mentorship, and influence are shaping future generations.
